Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute Instagram marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
  • Create engaging and visually appealing content, including photos, videos, reels, and stories.
  • Manage the Instagram content calendar, ensuring consistent posting schedule.
  • Write compelling captions, hashtags, and call-to-actions to maximize engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Instagram trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
  • Monitor and analyze Instagram performance using key metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a strong online community.
  • Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers and partners.
  • Plan and execute Instagram advertising campaigns to reach target audiences and drive conversions.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Research and analyze competitor strategies to identify opportunities and stay competitive.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all Instagram content and activities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven understanding of Instagram marketing principles and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in fluent English.
  • Strong creative skills with the ability to develop engaging and visually appealing content.
  • Proficiency in using Instagram analytics tools and interpreting key metrics.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Passion for social media and a desire to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Content Creation: Photography, videography, graphic design (Canva, Adobe Spark, etc.)
  • Instagram Analytics: Understanding and tracking metrics like reach, impressions, engagement rate, website clicks, follower growth, and hashtag performance.
  • Community Management: Responding to comments and DMs, participating in relevant conversations, and building relationships with followers.
  • Hashtag Research & Strategy: Identifying and using relevant hashtags to increase visibility and reach.
  • Instagram Ads: Experience with creating and managing Instagram advertising campaigns, setting budgets, and targeting specific audiences.
  • Influencer Marketing: Identifying and collaborating with relevant influencers to promote the brand.
  • Storytelling and Visual Communication: Ability to create engaging stories and visuals that resonate with the target audience.
