Digital Marketing Coordinator

About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator who can manage our marketing activities, customer interactions, and social media presence. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and Hindi, with strong communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and promote company presence on LinkedIn and other platforms
• Handle direct customer interactions (online & offline)
• Respond to social media enquiries and messages
• Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Provide excellent customer service support
• Assist in building and maintaining strong client relationships

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Hindi (spoken & written)
• Experience in LinkedIn marketing and social media handling
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and handle customer queries efficiently
• Prior experience in customer service / marketing coordination preferred
