Digital Marketing Assistant

As a Marketing Assistant at Altius Dental, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Marketing Director by designing, managing, and executing content for social media campaigns and Digital Marketing Campaigns. With our commitment to providing exceptional dental care across 30 locations, we are seeking a creative and motivated individual to join our team. Your responsibilities will include designing and creating visually engaging social media content for Facebook and Instagram using tools like Canva, editing and producing videos for social media campaigns, and managing and updating our social media accounts to ensure a consistent brand presence. Experience with Google Ads is beneficial but not required for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Design and create social media content using Canva and other graphic design tools. - Edit and produce videos for social media campaigns. - Manage and update social media accounts on platforms like Facebook and Instagram. - Schedule and post campaigns on social media platforms. - Monitor social media performance and engagement, adjusting content strategies as needed. - Stay updated on trends in social media and graphic design to maintain a fresh and engaging online presence. - Collaborate with the Marketing Director to develop and implement Marketing Campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads. Qualifications: - Prior experience managing social media channels. - Strong graphic design skills, particularly with tools like Canva. - Video editing skills for creating engaging content on social platforms. - Attention to detail and ability to stay organized while working across multiple dental office locations. - Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. This is a full-time position with benefits such as provided food, Provident Fund, and a yearly bonus. The work schedule includes Monday to Friday night shifts in a US shift environment. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of experience in digital marketing and total work.
