Digital Marketing and Tele Caller

Your responsibilities will include managing SEO, SEM, and content strategies to enhance website traffic, creating engaging social media content, analyzing campaign performance, and preparing detailed reports. You will collaborate with the sales team to generate high-quality travel leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings through outbound calls to potential customers. Your tasks will also involve explaining travel packages, itineraries, and promotions to customers, maintaining follow-up with leads via calls and emails, and updating CRM records with lead status and feedback. Additionally, you will coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth booking process for our customers. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, along with 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing (experience in the travel industry is a bonus). You should have a strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and social media tools, coupled with a creative mindset and a data-driven approach. Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil are essential, with knowledge of Hindi considered an advantage. A persuasive and customer-friendly attitude will be key to your success in this position.
