About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.) 2. Handle SEO, email marketing, and basic website updates (WordPress/Shopify preferred) 3. Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc., and suggest improvements 4. Generate and nurture inbound leads via digital campaigns 5. Follow up on leads generated through digital channels 6. Conduct client calls, presentations, and demos 7. Understand client requirements and offer customized service/solutions 8. Maintain relationships with existing clients and upsell/cross-sell services 9. Track sales pipeline and targets using CRM tools or spreadsheets 10.
