Job Description:

We’re hiring a Digital Marketer & Graphic Designer a multitasked, proactive professional who thrives in dynamic environment. This dual role combines strategic digital marketing with impactful design work. You'll be managing campaigns, creating compelling visuals, and playing a key role in shaping our brand and client-facing materials.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing:

• Campaign Development: Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, and PPC.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
• SEO & SEM Optimization: Optimize website content and structure for SEO and SEM.
• Content Coordination: Coordinate with the content team to create engaging and relevant content.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the design team to align marketing goals with visual content across all platforms.
• Strategy Input: Contribute creative ideas for campaign targeting, messaging, and A/B testing strategies.

Graphic Design:

• Visual Content Creation: Create visually appealing graphics for social media, email campaigns, websites, and other digital platforms.
• Marketing Materials Design: Design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, banners, and advertisements.
• Brand Guidelines Maintenance: Maintain and update the company’s brand guidelines.
• Creative Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaigns.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs are aligned with the company’s brand identity and message.
• Platform Adaptation: Adapt and optimize designs for multiple platforms and formats while maintaining visual consistency.
• Creative Initiative: Take the lead on proposing fresh visual ideas and design-led solutions during campaigns or team discussions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing and graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) and other design software.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with video editing software.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web design principles.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
• Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or similar.

Compensation:

Salary Range: ₹45,000 – ₹60,000 /per month

Working Hours :( Timings are important part of this role)

9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
