About the Role As the Feature Team Leader, you will be responsible for curating, conceptualizing, and driving high-impact feature content that reflects the evolving interests of our diverse readership. You will lead a team of creative minds to produce innovative, thought-provoking, and reader-friendly feature pages that not only inform but inspire. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience in print or digital journalism, preferably in features, lifestyle, or long-form content Proven ability to work across platforms — print, digital, social, and video A keen eye on global trends, innovations, and socio-cultural shifts shaping our world Strong editorial judgment and the ability to balance newsworthiness with human interest A leader who can motivate and mentor a feature team, fostering creativity and quality Experience in planning reader engagement strategies to drive traction and build a loyal audience Familiarity with content analytics tools is a plus Excellent command over Hindi and English (bilingual proficiency preferred) Your Responsibilities will Include Developing daily, monthly and weekly content calendars Collaborating with design, video, and social media teams Tracking emerging trends and integrating them into content themes Innovating new feature formats to increase impact Ensuring high editorial standards and timely execution
