For self-starters & go-getters with a maximum of 3 years of experience in an agency having managed multiple beats. Your responsibilities will include: Working in a lean team, driving excellence across clients while generating new ideas to improve media presence & brand awareness for clients across platforms. Craft captivating press releases, media kits, and communication material that grabs attention and sparks curiosity. Creating and maintaining an ongoing media relationship with journalists and online media partners. Ongoing media outreach and culling out opportunities Keeping your finger on the pulse of the media landscape, social media trends, and public sentiment to guide our strategies and stay one step ahead. Maintaining high traction on ongoing media coverage (Online & Print) Listening into audience conversations and tracking sentiment Ensuring participation in events, speakership opportunities, and awards. Generating new ideas and leads to improve media presence & brand awareness Who/what are we looking for A minimum work experience of 3 years (maximum 4 years) in Public Relations and Content Proficient in written communication, have worked directly in media relations, and ideally, be a Graduate/Post Graduate in Journalism, Mass Communication, PR/Advertising.
