Job Description The Product Marketing Intern will support in design, implement, and maintain robust acquisition and user engagement strategies within the Farmerchat app. This role entails coordinating with product and program teams to develop and schedule high-impact campaigns (push notifi cations, in-app messages) and leveraging multimedia tools to boost user retention, foster active participation, and elevate the overall user experience. There will be also responsibility of managing content marketing via all social channels. Responsibilities / Goals: Social Media Management Own and manage Farmer.Chat pages on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, LinkedIn for India and more countries Plan and schedule posts, reels, and stories to grow followers and engagement. Track performance (reach, engagement, follower growth) and optimize content strategy. Product Marketing and Growth (MoEngage & Plotline) Set up and manage user acquisition & engagement campaigns (push notifi cations, WhatsApp, in-app messages) on MoEngage. Analyze campaign performance (CTR, DAU/MAU, conversion, retention) and optimize for better results. Leverage Plotline to design and optimize in-app experiences (tooltips, fl oaters, spotlights) to improve activation and engagement. Design & Content Creation (Core Requirement) Design high-quality social media creatives (posts, carousels, infographics) using Canva, Figma, Photoshop, or Illustrator. Create AI-generated reels and short videos tailored for regional contexts. Develop visuals for performance marketing campaigns and app store listings. Brand Support Maintain a consistent brand identity across all channels. Coordinate with product and design teams for campaign alignment. Research agri-tech and digital marketing trends to inspire campaigns. Preferred: Product, marketing or related internship experience Good understanding and hands on with design and video editing tools (request to share design portfolio with resume) Experience with different AI tools for content, design, analytics etc.
