You should have overall 12+ years of experience in analytics delivery and/or consulting, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in leading the Analytics Team, Solution Creation, and Defining Roadmaps. Ideally, you should possess at least 5 years of experience in a top-tier Analytics/consulting/Analytics startup company such as Mathcompany, Tredence, Mu Sigma, Tiger Analytics, or Latent view. An MBA from a Top Tier B-school and working in Operations Delivery would be preferred. Your responsibilities will include overall supervision of various data/business initiatives and deliverables, with a focus on monitoring and delivering on KPIs. You will work closely with Operations, Client Partners, MIS, technology reporting teams, and internal platform and data management team to ensure successful project outcomes. Proactively identifying risks to business KPIs through Analytics and data science will be crucial. You will oversee a multidimensional team covering Analytics Production, Shared R&D/Data Mining, ML & NLP development, and Operational Analytics end to end. Stakeholder management is another key aspect of the role, requiring you to build senior and strategic cross-functional relationships through delivery excellence and interpersonal skills. You will collaborate with global teams and onshore counterparts to govern key stakeholder and client communications, centralize and prioritize requirements from Analytics for Technology/Platform, and Data management counterparts. Your skills should include strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, experience in team management, and at least 5 years of experience in Data Analytics and Consulting using SAS, SQL, Python, and MS Suite. Knowledge of AWS/Azure, SaaS, product design, digital frameworks, and business optimization techniques will be advantageous. You should be able to design data-driven solutions and frameworks from scratch, consult in a leadership capacity on potential Solutions/Storyboards and POCs, and drive business metrics that contribute to revenue optimization. Communicating insights back to stakeholders, developing Descriptive to Prescriptive Analytics frameworks, and translating Business problems into data analytics/data science will also be part of your role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential for effective collaboration within the team and with stakeholders.
