To qualify for the role, you must have a relevant graduate or post-graduate degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in UI design for web-based industrial applications. Experience in Digital Factory related shop floor HMI and application UI design will be a strong positive. You should have a working knowledge of 3DE Enovia 2018x, 2020x, and CATIA V6. Your functional knowledge should cover areas such as BOM Management, Change Management, and Engineering Design Development. It will be important to follow standard procedures for the proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal team. Your role will require user-level experience in using 3DExperience versions R2017x or later. You should also have experience in gathering customer requirements and implementing business processes in 3DX modules. Knowledge of Data Model Customization and 3DEXPerience will be necessary. You should be able to implement the Change Management process in manufacturing, handle Product Data for use in Manufacturing and Assembly Processes, and have experience in the virtual build of Product and Process flow. This includes simulation to analyze the feasibility of manufacturing assembly processes and tooling activities. Creating a Digital Factory with all manufacturing assets required for assembly will be part of your responsibilities. Process Authoring, including MBOM consumption to processes and resource allocation, and the definition of Product-Process-Resources in PPR Context will also be areas where you should have expertise.,

As a Specialist in Manufacturing Automation, you will play a crucial role in our digital manufacturing team by serving as a technical control system subject matter expert for the enterprise managed DeltaV process control system. Your passion for enhancing operations efficiency, control system availability, robustness, and performance will drive your success in this position. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with both local and remote team members to upgrade and standardize DeltaV systems. You will develop strategies to optimize process automation systems, ensuring quality, stability, and future expansion. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing standards, processes, and tools for upgrading and patching operating systems, as well as monitoring DeltaV and other automation systems to maintain optimal performance. To excel in this role, you should possess a good understanding of process control systems architecture and administration. Your experience with Emerson DeltaV system standards, project execution, and common automation interface protocols will be essential. Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently on multiple projects are also key qualifications for this position. While not required, experience with GMP Quality Systems, IT systems integration, networking, and monitoring platforms would be advantageous. Familiarity with Agile project development practices and software tools such as Jira and Confluence is a plus.
