Responsibilities include: Scheduling appointments with potential customers Ensuring potential clients are interested in the company's products and services Scheduling appointments for potential clients to meet with the organization's sales representatives Following up with leads and ensuring customer satisfaction Maintaining accurate records of calls and appointments in a CRM system Communicating effectively with team members and management Recruitment and Onboarding: Attract and onboard top talent. HR Compliance:Ensure compliance with employment laws and update HR policies accordingly. Payroll and Benefits: Oversee payroll processing and manage employee benefits programs Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
