Digital Developer - Front End

We are looking for a talented and highly motivated Front-End Developer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore on a full-time basis. As a front-end specialist, you will collaborate with designers, marketers, and back-end developers to create visually stunning, responsive, and optimized user interfaces. Your role will be crucial in delivering engaging digital experiences using Optimizely for web content management and personalization. The ideal candidate should hold a BE/BTech degree with 2-6 years of professional front-end development and design experience. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, and Node.js is a must. Experience in portfolio design for websites in current projects is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities: - Development and Design: Create high-quality, responsive websites and web applications focusing on user experience, aesthetics, and functionality. - Optimizely Implementation: Build and maintain digital platforms using Optimizely CMS and personalization features. - UI/UX Collaboration: Bring mockups and wireframes to life in collaboration with UI/UX designers. - Optimization & A/B Testing: Utilize A/B testing and optimization tools to enhance site performance and drive conversions. - Cross-Functional Teamwork: Collaborate with marketing, design, and back-end development teams to ensure project goals alignment. - Code & Performance Optimization: Write clean code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks while optimizing performance. - Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve front-end issues to ensure a seamless user experience. - CMS Training & Support: Assist content managers and marketing teams in managing and optimizing content within the Optimizely CMS platform. Desired Skills: - Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Sitecore, or Drupal. - Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across departments. - Problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot front-end and CMS-related issues. - Attention to detail with a keen eye for design aesthetics and UX/UI considerations. - Prototyping experience using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
