Description
Role Overview: The role requires you to prepare test cases and conduct testing of the product/platform/solution to be deployed at a client's end. Your main responsibility is to ensure that the product meets 100% quality assurance parameters. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure that the test defects raised adhere to the defined norms for the project/program/account with clear descriptions and replication patterns. - Identify bug issues, prepare defect reports, and report on test progress. - Avoid instances of rejection/slippage of delivered work items, ensuring they are within the Wipro/Customer SLAs and norms. - Design and timely release a test status dashboard at the end of each test execution cycle to the stakeholders. - Provide feedback on usability and serviceability, trace the result to quality risks, and report to the concerned stakeholders. - Maintain ongoing status reporting and customer focus in terms of testing and its execution. - Maintain good quality interactions with customers regarding email content, fault report tracking, voice calls, and business etiquette. - Ensure on-time deliveries of WSRs, test execution reports, and relevant dashboard updates in the test management repository. - Update accurate efforts in eCube, TMS, and other project-related trackers. - Respond timely to customer requests, striving to avoid complaints either internally or externally.
