As a Lead Digital Designer at our company, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with design, development, and product teams to create exceptional user experiences that have a positive impact on our business. Your responsibilities will involve shaping the visual and interactive elements of our digital products, including websites, mobile apps, and emails, ensuring they adhere to our brand guidelines. By fostering innovation and excellence in design practices, you will work closely with product managers, marketers, and developers to deliver user-centric solutions. You will be responsible for developing and implementing design strategies that enhance user experience across various digital platforms, maintaining consistency and quality throughout. From ideation to final product delivery, you will oversee the entire design lifecycle, incorporating user research, testing, and prototyping stages. By utilizing existing data and customer insights, you will make strategic recommendations that push our digital experiences forward, addressing user challenges and improving workflows effectively. Collaboration will be key in your role, as you work with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals and timelines are aligned. By leveraging data-driven insights, you will iterate on designs efficiently and present concepts to stakeholders, explaining the rationale behind your design choices. Additionally, you will contribute to advancing our design practice by nurturing new ideas, participating in design reviews, and fostering a culture of design criticism and learning. Your qualifications should include at least 6 years of experience in UX design, proficiency in UX tools like Sketch, Figma, and Adobe, and a strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to deliver elegant solutions in a complex business environment. Experience in ecommerce digital product design and familiarity with user testing and prototyping are essential. Moreover, you should possess excellent communication skills, a user-centered design approach, and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
