Develop and implement digital and marketing content strategies across channels.
Upload, build, test, and publish content using AEM and other CMS tools.
Manage end-to-end web content changes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and stakeholder alignment.
Create targeted content and ensure adherence to brand, design, and regulatory guidelines.
Analyse data and KPIs to enhance content performance and user journeys.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Marketing, UX).
Ensure customer journeys align with content strategy and experience principles.
Support process improvements, risk mitigation, and compliance with policies.
Provide guidance or leadership within the team, fostering collaboration and high standards.
Strong CMS experience AEM, Adobe Workfront, Adobe Assets, Jira, Confluence.
Solid understanding of content management as a UX discipline.
High attention to detail and strong customer-centric mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
Experience handling content changes from small updates to large-scale site migrations.
Strong understanding of brand, templates, and design frameworks.
Basic HTML & CSS knowledge
Exposure to SEO or digital marketing concepts
