What would you do?
2+ years of experience in content QA, syndication QA, or ecommerce QA rolesStrong understanding of PIM/DAM systems and retailer portal validationExperience with eCommerce syndication tools like Salsify, Syndigo, Alkemics, or similar platformsFamiliarity with retailer portals like Amazon, Walmart, Target, Best Buy, Carrefour, etcGood knowledge of HTML, SEO basics, and image specificationsAdvanced Excel and data comparison skillsAttention to detail with a strong commitment to quality and accuracyGood communication and stakeholder coordination skills

Understands the importance of accurate product representation across channelsInteracts with global teams to validate content readinessProactively flags issues and suggests improvements to avoid repeated errorsComfortable in review meetings and escalations with clients and delivery leads

Roles and Responsibilities:
Perform quality checks for syndicated content (images, copy, attributes, documents) across retailer sites and syndication dashboardsValidate that the product content meets retailer-specific standards, SEO guidelines, and internal brand complianceEnsure that content pushed via PIM (Product Information Management) or syndication tools (eg, Salsify, Syndigo, OneTime, Alkemics) is published correctly and fullyConduct pre-publish and post-publish validation for key SKUs across defined priority marketsIdentify gaps such as broken links, missing images, incorrect data, or layout mismatches, and raise to stakeholdersMaintain and update QA logs, trackers, and issue repositories for continuous improvementCollaborate with content authors, product managers, and syndication teams to close the feedback loopDocument best practices, QA processes, and findings for future process optimization
