A visual designer creates impactful graphics that are coherent and consistent, but at the same time impressively unique, based on visual fundamentals and theory of design. A visual designer should have strong technical skills over tools and methodologies applied to visual design projects, this role needs to produce and execute visual design projects, working alongside with other designers and under a lead supervision. Scope & Complexity:?? Requires analysis and solving of common design problems. May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures. Requires understanding of the design projects set by creative leads, may be involved in tactical support and execution. Primary upward interaction is with creative leads and peers. May?interact with client and/or within Accenture. Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate in brainstorming sessions with the team.Support creation of templates/style guides for client brands,?through processes that encourage free thinking and creativity without boundaries. May communicates with client to discuss and finalize the design of grids and layouts. Proactively identifies risks in the projects and highlight them to the project lead.Justify?design decisions eloquently and explain visualManage and organize the internal and external assets and deliverables repositories.Proven design & layout skills, great eye for composition,Working independently and showing process What are we looking for? Adobe Illustrator Adobe InDesign Microsoft PowerPoint UI/UX Design Ability to work well in a team Prioritization of workload Commitment to quality Written and verbal communication Collaboration and interpersonal skills Stakeholder CommunicationsJob Specific Experience, Education and Skills+1-4 years of relevant experience in visual or graphic design. Good written and oral communication skills. Have a strong portfolio that demonstrates aesthetic & strategically creative solutions. Is open-minded and demonstrates flexibility and optimism in adapting to change. It is required to speak English and Spanish to work with clients from LATAM, North America, and others around the world. Basic knowledge on visual design regarding?accessibility variables such as?color, contrast,?size,?etc. Proved knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite tools. (Required:Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD and InDesign). Proved knowledge in Microsoft Office tools:PowerPoint, Word and Excel. Experience in the creation of OLA products (Static, Dynamic and animated banners). Knowledge in data visualization and infographics development.Desire knowledge in UI/UX solutions:UX, UI, User Interface, User Experience, Design Thinking, Interaction Design, User Interface (UI) Design Patterns & Techniques, User Interface Design-Web, Usability Design, Accessibility Design, User Interface (UI) Process Flow Design, Human – Centered, User Interface Design-Desktop, User Interface (UI) Usability Test & Tools. Roles and Responsibilities: Sketch. Have the ability to rapidly create a sketch to illustrate an idea or concept to a client. Drawing and Coloring with Manual Technics. It is important to have the manual skills for illustration, this will help the process of the digital illustration creation, because the knowledge use in paper can translate to the digital creation. Anatomy. Knowledge of human and animal anatomy is necessary in terms of knowing how to reinterpret it at more basic levels; and be able to create illustrations using these concepts. Perspective. Understand the use of perspective to generate ambientes and elements that had the right size in comparison with his size and position on the picture, for example the correct use of vanishing Point. Illustrative Adaptation. Be able to understand a drawing or art style from a basic perspective and replicate it. Synthetization. Be able to synthesize organic structures as well of inorganic structures and then perform a stylization of this structures. Character and Background Design. It is expected to have the ability to create characters, even in simple formats, following guidelines provided by the client or those that we define to meet and improve the visual expectations of any material. \Composition. Build balanced compositions following design standards, where everything has the correct weights and proportions, for example the application of the golden ratio. Color Theory. Show knowledge of the principles of color theory for color mixing, and applying them for the creation of characters, backgrounds, illumination, and volume creation. Digital Painting. Ability to create illustrations using digital software, as well as other tools such as pen tablets, to generate a digital product. Iconography. The ability to make a iconography representation for the concepts present by the client, for example making a personalized icon in line with the request of the client. Qualification Any Graduation
