Digital Content Consultant I

Role Overview: As a Digital Content Consultant I at Allstate, you will play a crucial role in executing initiatives and projects aligned with business strategies. You will be a valuable team and company resource in the e-Business domain, contributing to the creation of engaging content across various interactive media platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate projects to deliver on-brand, engaging content for different interactive media formats such as videos, content pages, and social media updates. - Implement content calendar and collaborate with assigned AORs to ensure support, alignment, and adherence. - Understand the content process flow for assigned projects from initiation to writing, legal and product reviews, to publishing. - Identify the need for additional information to understand the impact of alternatives, support business objectives, and enhance programs. - Assist in producing project plans and schedules that align with the scope of work and meet client expectations. - Edit materials from content contributors to ensure the content meets business goals and supports the content strategy. - Work with the team to coordinate project deliverables, ensuring client and vendor alignment with timelines and budgets. - Develop status reports for all ongoing content projects.
