Digital Content Capture Associate

As a Digital Content Capture Associate at our company, you will be responsible for capturing clear and high-quality screenshots as per the client's instructions. Your main tasks will include capturing images of designated webpages, apps, or documents, ensuring proper resolution and formatting, organizing screenshots into specified folders, and correctly naming and categorizing them. You will also be responsible for assigning tasks to the DTP team, resolving queries related to the assigned tasks, performing final QA checks, and delivering the content to the client. To excel in this role, you should have familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Azure, Power BI, and basic screenshot tools like Windows Snipping Tool and Mac Screenshot. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is also required. Additionally, we are looking for candidates who are willing to work, possess basic computer literacy, and have a strong willingness to learn. A graduate degree in any discipline is essential for this position. This is a full-time and permanent position suitable for freshers.
