Krones Digital Solutions India (KDSI) is a subsidiary of the Krones Group and is a part of the Krones. digital community.

The Krones Group, headquartered in Neutraubling, Germany, plans, develops, and manufactures machines and complete lines for the fields of process technology, bottling, and packaging, plus intralogistics and recycling. Every day, millions of bottles, cans and containers are "processed" in Krones lines - in alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage industries, dairy and liquid food industry as well as in the chemical, pharmaceutical and home & personal care industries.

It is quite likely that the bottle of water, cola or juice in your hand is manufactured in one of the Krones lines!

Krones Digital Solutions India is created as of 2023 to be the Technology Competence Centre for Krones, focusing on developing software solutions for the Internal organization as well as for the customers of Krones Global.

We are looking for a dynamic, AI-savvy, and creative intern to join our team and support our corporate branding and internal communication efforts. This role is ideal for someone who aspires to build a career in branding and communication, is passionate about storytelling, design, and digital communicationand is excited to leverage both contemporary and AI-powered tools to create impactful content.

The candidate must have hands-on experience with AI-based image generation, short video creation, and content editing using tools like Ideogram, Kittl, Heygen, Canva AI, or similar platforms, and be able to demonstrate their capabilities.

You will work closely with our internal branding, communications, hiring, and business teams to strategize, design, and execute content across platforms, with a strong focus on LinkedIn and internal mailers.

What are you in for (Roles and responsibilities)

One day you might be brainstorming with the HR team to communicate a new policy, another day designing a LinkedIn post, and on another trying out a new AI tool to animate a video on our sports league!

Assist in developing and executing content strategies for corporate branding and internal communication.

Create engaging content in various formatswritten, 2D, motion graphicsaligned with brand guidelines.

Use AI tools (e.g., generative design, content creation, automation) to enhance content development and streamline workflows. Explore and integrate them for content creation, graphic design, and automation.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather inputs and translate them into compelling communication pieces.

Ensure consistency in tone, style, and visual identity across all communication channels.

Track content performance and suggest improvements for better engagement and reach.

Collaborate with the People & Communication team to conceptualize and deliver engaging designs for internal and external campaigns.

Assist in creating visually appealing content for LinkedIn and internal branding initiatives.

Ensure design consistency with brand guidelines while experimenting with fresh ideas.

What are we looking for (Experience/Qualifications/Skillsets/Must-haves)

Education: Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Marketing or a related field.

Experience: 01 year of relevant experience with strong interest in branding, storytelling and digital communication

Mandatory Skills:

Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Ideogram, Kittl, Heygen, Canva AI, or similar or similar.

Ability and drive to create AI-powered image and short video content.

Familiarity of 3D design/video tools is a plus

Strong ability and interest in working with AI-based design and content tools (e.g., MidJourney, Canva AI, ChatGPT).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Self-starter with a creative mindset and a strong sense of ownership
