About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Digital Commerce Intern to join our team. You will assist in managing online sales platforms, product listings, promotions, and order coordination while gaining hands-on experience in the e-commerce industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in uploading and updating product listings across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, website, etc.)
• Monitor online sales performance and product visibility.
• Support in managing inventory, pricing, and product content.
• Coordinate with marketing and design teams for promotional activities.
• Help with order processing, returns, and customer queries.
• Research competitor listings and trending digital commerce strategies.
• Maintain product data and reports in Excel/Google Sheets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing) in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
• Strong interest in e-commerce / digital marketing / online retail.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and online marketplaces.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
