Digital Commerce Consultant

As a member of Qualitest Group, you will play a crucial role in client engagement and requirement gathering by collaborating with clients to comprehend their digital commerce objectives, challenges, and customer expectations. Your responsibilities will include conducting stakeholder interviews and workshops to collect both business and technical requirements effectively. Furthermore, you will be involved in developing eCommerce strategies and roadmaps that are in alignment with the business objectives. You will have the opportunity to recommend platform solutions such as Shopify, Adobe Commerce, or Salesforce Commerce Cloud and devise digital transformation roadmaps along with implementation plans. Your expertise will be crucial in assisting in the selection of the appropriate eCommerce platform that best suits the business needs. You will provide valuable guidance on platform capabilities, integrations, and scalability while supporting implementation teams with functional and technical insights. Moreover, you will focus on optimizing customer experience by analyzing customer journeys, identifying friction points, and suggesting improvements in UX/UI, personalization, and omnichannel experiences. Leveraging analytics tools to track and enhance customer engagement will be an essential part of your role. In addition, you will be advising on digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social commerce. Your recommendations on tools and tactics to enhance conversion rates and reduce cart abandonment will be crucial for the success of digital marketing efforts. You will also oversee testing and quality assurance activities for new features, integrations, and releases to ensure a seamless user experience across various devices and browsers. Collaborating with QA teams to validate functionality and performance will be part of your responsibilities.
