Job Description: Sales & Marketing Manager Location: Kolkata, India Experience: 0–3 years Industry: Education Technology (Preference: Government/Education Sector) About Digineo Technology Digineo Technology is a fast-growing organization driving innovation in the education technology sector. We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team in Kolkata and help us expand our footprint in the education and government domains. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business goals. Identify opportunities and build relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives in educational institutions and government bodies. Prepare and deliver impactful pitch decks, presentations, and proposals tailored to client needs. Create and maintain marketing and sales plans , tracking performance against objectives. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the education/government technology sectors. Manage and update client databases, reports, and dashboards using MS Word, Excel, and Google Sheets . Represent Digineo Technology at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction. Be flexible to travel across regions for business development and client engagement. Desired Candidate Profile Graduate in any discipline (Business/Marketing preferred, but not mandatory). 0–3 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or business development. Strong communication skills in English, Bengali, and Hindi . Ability to confidently engage with CXOs and senior-level executives . Proficiency in preparing reports, presentations, and working with MS Office tools and Google Workspace . Smart, self-driven, and eager to take on challenging roles.
