Role Overview We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development & Telesales Executive who will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new business leads. This role is client-facing at the early stage of the sales funnel and is critical in driving Digilogy’s external client acquisition and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound cold calls, warm follow-ups, and WhatsApp/email outreach to engage prospective leads. Pitch Digilogy’s services and solutions (ads, creative, One-Day Website, Gift Hamper, 10X ROI campaigns, etc.) to new clients. Qualify leads, fix appointments/demos, and hand over prospects to senior sales team for closure. Maintain strong pipeline activity by ensuring daily metrics are met (calls, connects, meetings booked). Track all activity on CRM and update sales trackers with accurate lead status. Follow up rigorously on proposals, quotations, and client feedback to maximize conversion. Collaborate with marketing to align messaging, campaign scripts, and lead-generation strategies. Represent Digilogy in initial business discussions and project a professional, consultative brand image. Skills & Qualifications Graduate in Business/Marketing/Commerce (preferred, but open for strong communicators). 1–3 years’ experience in telesales, business development, or inside sales. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (English mandatory, regional language an advantage). Strong persuasion, objection-handling, and negotiation skills. Basic understanding of digital marketing and sales funnels is a plus. Target-driven mindset with proven ability to meet daily/weekly KPIs.
