You will be responsible for managing how applications within our organization utilize SSL Certificates and ensuring their protection, safeguarding critical applications, data, and systems from unauthorized access both internally and externally. Your main duties will include overseeing the Certificate Lifecycle process, performing ticket management, and actively participating in project meetings. As a part of the IAM Team, you will be tasked with managing all SSL certificates using Venafi. To excel in this role, you should possess 2-4 years of experience as a functional consultant and hold a bachelor's degree in any relevant field such as B.Tech, B.E, B.Sc, or equivalent. Additionally, you should have a moderate to intermediate level of knowledge on Venafi and Digicert, along with a good understanding of the PKI Architecture. Proficiency in ServiceNow Ticket Management within the ITIL framework is also required at a moderate to intermediate level. It would be beneficial to have knowledge of Active Directory and CyberArk, as well as familiarity with the JIRA tool. Ensure cryptographic compliance with internal security policies and standards such as NIST, FIPS, and ISO 27001 . Troubleshoot and resolve certificate-related issues across web servers, applications, and network devices. Collaborate with infrastructure, network, cloud, and application teams to integrate PKI solutions securely. Develop and maintain documentation , including architecture diagrams, SOPs, and recovery procedures. Participate in security audits, risk assessments , and incident response involving PKI. Stay current on developments in cryptography, zero trust, and identity management. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related technical field. 4+ years of experience in IT security, with at least 2+ years focused on PKI or certificate management . Strong knowledge of: X.509 certificates , TLS/SSL , S/MIME , and IPSec Microsoft Certificate Services (AD CS) OCSP/CRL , smart cards , token-based authentication Hands-on experience with HSMs (e.g., Thales, SafeNet) and certificate automation platforms . Understanding of network security , identity and access management (IAM) , and encryption protocols . Experience working in regulated or compliance-heavy environments (e.g., PCI, HIPAA, FedRAMP).

You should possess proficient skills in configuring and troubleshooting various routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless controller models, with expertise particularly in Fortinet, Cisco, and Palo Alto. Your experience with data mining and analysis will be valuable in this role. Basic familiarity with cloud security principles for AWS, Azure, and/or GCP is advantageous. Additionally, having basic knowledge of MS PKI and Public CA provisioning solutions such as DigiCert is advantageous.
