Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital procurement transformation strategies in alignment with client objectives and industry standards. - Manage the selection, configuration, and rollout of procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, GEP SMART, Ivalua, or Zycus. - Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure successful integration of ERP systems with procurement platforms and harmonization of data. - Incorporate automation, AI, and analytics into procurement workflows to enhance efficiency and support decision-making. - Design and deploy digital dashboards and KPIs for monitoring procurement performance, compliance, and supplier engagement. - Lead strategic sourcing and category management initiatives leveraging digital tools and market intelligence platforms. - Integrate procurement platforms with ERP systems like SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics for seamless data flow and real-time reporting. - Conduct detailed spend analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and enhance procurement value creation. - Drive change management initiatives to facilitate the adoption of new procurement systems and processes. - Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and training to ensure smooth deployment and user readiness. - Provide expertise on procurement compliance, risk management, and regulatory requirements in digital environments. - Address data quality issues and ensure clean, reliable master data maintenance across procurement and ERP systems. - Develop procurement playbooks, process documentation, and training materials to support digital transformation. Qualifications Required: - Masters degree in business administration or supply chain & operations from a Tier-1 or Tier-2 institute with 3-7 years of relevant experience. - Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. - Agile mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced client settings. - Consulting experience in digital procurement, spend analysis, category management, operating model redesign, governance frameworks, and strategic sourcing. - Supply chain consulting experience in Big 4 or global consulting firms preferred. - Willingness to travel up to 30% based on project requirements.
