Adhvik Infra is hiring an experienced Billing and Planning Engineer to join our team at the Thermal Power Project Site – Talcher Thermal, Odisha. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in project planning, quantity surveying, billing (client & subcontractor), and MIS/reporting for heavy civil structures in Thermal Power Plants, Steel Plants, Refineries, or other similar large-scale industrial projects. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Prepare and review client and subcontractor bills with accurate quantity take-offs ✅ Verify measurements, track progress, and maintain documentation for billing ✅ Coordinate with the execution team for physical progress verification ✅ Develop and monitor project schedules, timelines, and resource plans using planning tools (Primavera/MS Project) ✅ Prepare DPRs, WPRs, MPRs, and other MIS reports for management and clients ✅ Assist in cost estimation, budgeting, and forecast planning ✅ Reconciliation of materials, resources, and quantities ✅ Ensure compliance with contractual terms, specifications, and drawings ✅ Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal departments for smooth workflow ✅ Maintain systematic records and documentation for audits and inspections Desired Candidate Profile: ✔ Experience: 5 to 10 years in billing and planning for heavy industrial projects ✔ Prior experience with Thermal Power Plants / Steel Plants / Refineries / NTPC / BHEL projects preferred ✔ Strong knowledge of quantity surveying, rate analysis, and contractual billing procedures ✔ Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and planning tools (Primavera P6 / MS Project) ✔ Strong analytical and communication skills ✔ Attention to detail and ability to handle documentation independently ✔ Familiarity with relevant IS codes, CPWD specifications, and QA/QC practices Qualification: 🎓 B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering Location: 📍 Talcher Thermal, Angul, Odisha – 759101 (Project Site) Facilities Offered: 🏠 Accommodation and food provided at the site 📌 Job Type: Full-time / Site-based

This is a dual-role leadership position requiring strong technical capabilities in Snowflake as well as expertise in managing ongoing production operations, enhancements, and client coordination.
