Position: Full-Stack Developer

About the Role

Full-Stack Developer (Fresher)


Key Responsibilities

Frontend (React.js)

  • Build responsive, user-friendly UI using

    React.js

    .
  • Work with component-based architecture (Hooks, Context API, or Redux).
  • Integrate REST APIs into the UI.
  • Optimize UI for performance and mobile responsiveness.


Backend (Node.js/Express)

  • Develop and maintain server-side logic using

    Node.js + Express.js

    .
  • Create, test, and document

    RESTful APIs

    .
  • Implement authentication, authorization (JWT/OAuth), and error handling.


Database (PostgreSQL)

  • Design schemas, relationships, and queries.
  • Work with PostgreSQL using raw SQL or an ORM (Prisma/Sequelize/TypeORM).
  • Ensure data integrity, migrations, and performance optimization.


DevOps / AWS Basics(Optional)

  • Basic knowledge of deploying apps on AWS services like:
  • EC2 / Lightsail
  • S3 (file storage)
  • RDS (optional)
  • Understanding of environment variables, build pipelines, and basic deployments.


General Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with designers, backend, and mobile teams.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
  • Use Git/GitHub for version control.
  • Participate in code reviews and follow best practices.
  • Debug and resolve issues across the stack.


Required Skills

  • Proficiency with

    JavaScript

    and

    TypeScript

    (optional but preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with:

  • React.js

    (Hooks, functional components)

  • Node.js & Express.js

  • PostgreSQL

    (queries, relations)

  • REST API development

  • Basic understanding of AWS (S3, EC2/Lightsail).
  • Familiarity with package managers (npm/yarn).
  • Understanding of responsive UI, API integration, and Git workflow.


Nice to Have (Optional)

  • Experience with:
  • Redux Toolkit / React Query
  • Docker
  • Unit testing (Jest, React Testing Library)
  • CI/CD (GitHub Actions)
  • WebSockets / real-time events
  • Basic knowledge of security best practices (CORS, rate limiting).


Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  •  (Projects, practical work, and GitHub contributions matter the most.)
