Diggi Growth IT Services delivers Custom Software Solutions designed to meet the unique needs of global businesses. From web and mobile app development to enterprise systems and process automation, we help clients achieve scalable digital growth.


We are expanding aggressively in the UAE and USA regions (HYD Candidates Preferred) and are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive who can build strong international client relationships and drive business growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities in UAE and USA markets.
  • Pitch and promote our custom software development services, including web apps, mobile apps, SaaS solutions, CRM, ERP, automation tools, and more.
  • Conduct market research to understand client pain points, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers such as CEOs, CTOs, founders, and department heads.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored presentations, proposals, and solution overviews to international clients.
  • Collaborate with the technical team for scoping, pricing, and project feasibility.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Attend virtual events, networking sessions, and industry webinars relevant to the UAE & USA regions.


Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales within the IT services / software development domain.
  • Proven experience dealing with international clients (preferably UAE or USA).
  • Excellent communication skills with a neutral or international accent.
  • Strong understanding of software solutions, SDLC, and tech services.
  • Ability to assess client needs and convert them into solution-driven proposals.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
