As a Site Execution & Supervision specialist, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the installation of HVAC systems, which includes AHUs, ducting, chilled water pipelines, diffusers, HEPA filters, and more. You will be required to ensure seamless coordination with civil, electrical, BMS, and cleanroom vendors to guarantee successful project execution. Conducting daily site inspections to maintain quality standards and safety regulations will also be part of your routine tasks. Additionally, you will be expected to review shop drawings, layout plans, and ensure that installations align with the specified designs. In your role, you will also be involved in Project Planning & Coordination activities. This will involve collaborating with the design team to ensure timely receipt of drawings and technical information. You will need to communicate effectively with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery of materials and proper allocation of manpower. Supporting the project manager in monitoring work progress and requesting necessary materials and labor will also be crucial for the successful completion of projects. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance. The work schedule will be during the day shift, and the ideal candidate should be open to occasional travel, with a preferred willingness of 25%. The work location will be on-site.
