The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be responsible for opening the office doors at 8am and closing them at 5pm. Your primary duties will include greeting customers, performing general tasks such as looking up customer information in our system, and connecting them via phone to an office in another location. The ideal candidate for this role should possess good customer service skills, be skilled in using computers and various software applications, and have the ability to think critically.
