The Applications Development Technology Lead position is a senior-level role that involves establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. Your main responsibility will be leading applications systems analysis and programming activities. You will partner with multiple management teams to ensure the integration of functions meets goals, identify necessary system enhancements for deploying new products and process improvements, and resolve high-impact problems through evaluating complex business processes and industry standards. Your expertise in applications programming will ensure that application design aligns with the overall architecture blueprint. Additionally, you will develop a deep understanding of how different areas of business integrate to achieve goals and provide innovative solutions through in-depth analysis. As the Applications Development Technology Lead, you will also serve as an advisor to mid-level developers and analysts, allocate work as needed, and assess risks when making business decisions to safeguard the firm's reputation and assets. Your qualifications should include relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis, extensive experience in system analysis and software programming, and project management skills. You should also have expertise in at least one area of Applications Development and strong communication skills. In terms of skills, you should be proficient in managing AI tools like Squad, Kaizen, Copilot, or others, have a strong understanding of Java Language and Spring Boot, be familiar with Cloud technologies like AWS, be experienced with Kafka, CI/CD, and Mongo DB. This role falls under the Technology job family and Applications Development job family, and it is a full-time position.
