To gather personal, behavioral, medical and other relevant details of patient (including food /drinking habits and dining preferences).
To have all body measurements recorded accurately by authorized staff from time to time as per recommended guidelines in Standard Operating Procedures.To plan counseling session and educate clients on appropriate diets, menu planning and preparation of food to treat diabetes in order to enhance and maintain optimum health.Monitor and review progress and follow-up of patient after session as per recommended guidelines in Standard Operating Procedures.Online consultations when requiredParticipation in camps conducted by the Company onsite and offsitePersonalized diet plansCalorie, activity, lifestyle modification counselling sessionsAdherence to ATMA protocols for Counselling and diet plansTeam participation in Diabesity management programsTeam participation in rehab protocolsOnline patient interactions for data collation, education and final APR formulation for Company owned, satellite and kiosk unitsLecture sessions for corporate clientsSpecific counselling for patients with Diabetes, Hypertension, Cardio Vascular diseasesParticipation in therapeutic weight management programsTraining sessions for colleagues placed at other centers as an ongoing program.
