Main Job Responsibilities: Leads die shop staff and supervises the work of die correctors. Oversee die maintenance and die repair operations. Review new product tooling designs for feasibility and manufacturability issues. Works with New Product Development and Engineering to ensure procurement of appropriate dies. Coordinate with production, run of samples of all new dies, as they are entered into the production process, maintain updated die information in manufacturing software.
