We are looking for Mechanical/Production engineers who are interested in the field of Design in 3D CAD CAM and have the ability to bring ideas to life. This is a Full-time on-site Internship opportunity at VTPL, and we require individuals with a B.E. in Mechanical/Production who can start immediately. Your responsibilities will include studying design briefs, interpreting blueprints and sketches, implementing GD&T, designing high-quality models using 3D and 2D CAD tools, programming CAM on multi-axis machines, determining tooling and cutting parameters, planning and executing manufacturing processes, creating part models, developing documentation, maintaining revision control, and designing Special Purpose Machines, Jigs, Fixtures, and Gauges. To excel in this role, you should possess strong CAM and/or G-CODE programming skills, the ability to ask relevant questions efficiently, spatial imagination, hands-on experience with various designing software, knowledge of manufacturing processes, and the capability to work individually or as part of a team. Additionally, you should have excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi is optional), be detail-oriented, have problem-solving abilities, be willing to learn new tools and technologies, and showcase a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Flexibility in working hours, organizational skills, the ability to meet deadlines, and a keen eye for detail are also essential. This Internship role as a Design Engineer at VTPL is ideal for fresh graduates with a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical/Production. The duration of the Internship is a minimum of 3 months to obtain an experience letter.
