This role requires precision, creativity, and technical expertise to deliver exceptional print-ready designs for multiple SKUs across diverse packaging formats. Key Responsibilities Develop, adapt, and finalize packaging artworks based on brand guidelines and design briefs. Prepare print-ready files with accuracy in typography, colours, die lines, and finishes (varnish, embossing, foiling, etc.). Collaborate with graphic designers, brand managers, and packaging suppliers to ensure flawless execution. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and labelling standards across various markets. Work closely with printing vendors to resolve prepress and colour-related issues. Maintain consistency of brand identity across all packaging formats. Manage multiple projects within tight deadlines without compromising quality. Stay updated on packaging trends, printing technologies, and DTP tools for continuous innovation. Key Requirements 57 years of experience as a DTP Specialist / Packaging Designer in FMCG, wellness, or related industries. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and prepress workflows. Strong understanding of colour management, printing processes, die lines, and packaging substrates (cartons, labels, flexible packaging, etc.). Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills. Knowledge of regulatory guidelines for packaging (nutrition panels, barcodes, expiry, claims, etc.). Strong organizational and project management skills.
