Job Title: Final Inspection Executive / Officer / Engineer How to Apply Interested candidates can: Send their CVs to kwl2.hr@gmail.com Or Whats App us at 8766980771 Experience Required: 0 to 5 years (in final inspection or quality domain) Qualification: Diploma(Any) / B.E. in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering / ITI (Any Trade) Employment Type: Full-time / Permanent / On-roll Key Responsibilities Perform final inspection of wheel rims before dispatch to ensure adherence to quality standards Check for visual defects, dimensional accuracy, run-out, surface finish, and labeling as per inspection checklists Maintain inspection records and reports in compliance with ISO/IATF documentation Work with production and quality teams to resolve non-conformities and manage rework Ensure proper tagging, segregation, and traceability of OK and NOK parts Support internal quality reviews and customer audits Report recurring quality issues to QA Engineer / Quality Head for root cause analysis and corrective action Strictly follow safety protocols, 5S, and standard quality system procedures Desired Candidate Profile 05 years of experience in final inspection / quality control (preferably in an automotive manufacturing environment) Skilled in using measurement tools like vernier calipers, micrometers, dial gauges, etc. Understanding of quality inspection standards, visual inspection techniques, and quality documentation Strong attention to detail and quick defect identification ability Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 standards preferred Flexible to work in shifts and under production timelines

Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical equipment and systems, including motors, control panels, wiring, transformers, and PLCs. Monitor and maintain lighting, power distribution, and machine control systems.

Operate and monitor melting furnaces (e.g., induction, cupola, electric arc, or crucible furnaces). Charge the furnace with raw materials (scrap metal, alloys, fluxes). Ignite and control furnace temperatures based on metal type and specifications.
