We are looking for Head of New Product Development and Sourcing for Appliances Business. Industry Preference: Small kitchen appliances only Develop, execute, and monitor detailed project plans ensuring timely delivery within defined scope and budget. Organize and lead regular project reviews, identify risks proactively, and implement mitigation strategies. Drive technical innovation and capability development within the assigned product category. Manage OEMs and vendors in alignment with agreed terms and conditions, ensuring quality and timely deliverables. Possess strong technical knowledge of plastic part mounds, sheet metal tooling, rubber mounds, and die-casting development. Ensure compliance with performance and endurance testing standards relevant to kitchen appliances. Apply Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA) principles; lead value engineering initiatives for product and cost optimization. Support product costing activities and ensure alignment with financial goals. Liaise effectively with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Production, and Service to align on product requirements and goals. Plan and manage project budgets, including capital investment and development expenses. Ensure the achievement of project KPIs Quality, Cost, Time, and Internal Gross Margin (IGM). Own the end-to-end product innovation and technical validation process. Manage New Product Development (NPD), engineering change management, and budget planning. Show more Show less
