Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Responsible to die assembly activities for all shifts.
Maintain Discipline on Shop floor.
Resolve trouble shooting in die assembly.
Responsible to Resource planning i) Manpower ii) Dies & Tooling.
Coordination with die shop, design & PPC for line up and planning of die assembly activities accordingly.
Responsible to Monitor daily performance related to output, Quality, OEE, Scrap ,5S and safety.
Responsible to tooling conditioning monitoring and repair on time.
Responsible to control budget within targets.
Execution of TPM and 5S activities.

Maintain Operational, dies and other downtimes within target
why-why analysis adherence 100% with root cause and kaizen.
100% Compliance to PPE, LOTO & Safety interlocks

Technical Skills:

Knowledge of Crankshaft & FAB forging Process and its Tooling and NPD process.
Basic knowledge of drawing and other manufacturing processes.
Problem Solving methodology

SAP systems knowledge as end user to place Purchase order, PGR and issue store slips
Hand on experience in Excel, PowerPoint & word
Good communication skill
Conflict management
