What You’ll Do Make ~200 outbound calls daily using our dialer and calling list. Follow a simple script to introduce the company and identify interest/fit (no selling). Ask basic qualifying questions and tag/update leads in the CRM. Maintain clean records and daily activity reports; follow DND/data privacy rules. What You Need Confident communicator; comfortable talking for long stretches. Good spoken English only (this is a pure English process). Freshers are welcome—training provided. Basic computer skills (dialer/CRM/Google Sheets). Reliable internet, quiet workspace. Comfortable with night shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST).
