Job Title : OPT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist (US IT Staffing) Location : Kolkata, India Shift : Night Shift (US working hours) Job Description : We are seeking an experienced OPT Recruiter for US IT Staffing to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing and recruiting talented OPT (Optional Practical Training) candidates for various IT positions in the United States. This is a night shift position, where you will be working according to US time zones. Key Responsibilities : Source, screen, and recruit OPT candidates for various US-based IT roles. Utilize job boards (LinkedIn, Dice, indeed, etc.), social media, and other channels to find and engage with qualified candidates. Conduct initial phone screenings, technical interviews, and skills assessments. Build and maintain a network of OPT candidates and maintain relationships to fill current and future openings. Work closely with Account Managers and Sales teams to understand hiring requirements and client expectations. Coordinate with candidates for interview schedules, visa processing, and client requirements. Maintain a detailed record of candidates, job orders, and activities in the recruitment system. Stay updated on OPT rules, regulations, and visa processes to guide candidates effectively Required Skills and Qualifications : Proven experience in OPT recruitment for US IT Staffing. Understanding of US immigration processes, including OPT, CPT, H1B, and other work visas. Experience using job portals like LinkedIn, indeed, Monster, and Dice for sourcing candidates. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night shifts. Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment deadlines. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Human Resources, Staffing, or related field.
