As a SAP Business One Technical Consultant with over 7+ years of experience, your primary responsibility will be to drive end-to-end technical implementation, customization, and optimization of SAP B1 solutions. You will collaborate with functional consultants to design and deliver technical solutions aligned with business objectives. Your role will involve gathering, analyzing, and converting business requirements into detailed SAP B1 technical specifications. Additionally, you will be developing and implementing customizations, add-ons, and enhancements using SDK, DI-API, and B1 Updater. Furthermore, you will design and develop reports and dashboards using Crystal Reports, create and optimize SQL Server queries, views, and stored procedures for performance and efficiency. Building and managing integrations between SAP B1 and external applications using APIs or middleware will also be part of your responsibilities. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to ensure minimal disruption to operations, as well as maintaining comprehensive technical documentation including system designs, configurations, and custom development, will be crucial in this role. To excel in this position, you should possess 6+ years of proven experience as an SAP Business One Technical Consultant, strong proficiency in SDK, DI-API, Crystal Reports, and SQL Server. Hands-on experience with HANA database and SAP B1 on HANA is required. An in-depth understanding of business processes across finance, sales, inventory, and manufacturing, along with expertise in integration frameworks, APIs, and middleware tools, will be essential. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills, as well as excellent communication and documentation abilities, are also necessary. Preferred qualifications for this role include SAP Business One certification, experience working in large-scale implementation and upgrade projects, and knowledge of version upgrades and migration from SQL to HANA.
