Job Description: The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing factory operations in the hygiene products manufacturing industry. The role includes end-to-end management of production, production planning, and support departments, ensuring high-quality output, cost optimization, and strict adherence to hygiene and safety standards. Job Reasonability: Production Management: Lead daily manufacturing operations of hygiene products (sanitary napkins, diapers, wipes, tissue, etc.). Ensure compliance with hygiene, GMP, and cleanroom protocols. Monitor OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), reduce downtime, and ensure production efficiency. Drive continuous improvement (Kaizen, Lean, TPM). Production Planning & Control: Develop production schedules based on market demand and sales forecasts. Ensure smooth coordination with procurement for hygiene-grade raw materials (SAP, fluff pulp, nonwoven, adhesives, packaging materials, etc.). Manage inventory to avoid stock outs while minimizing working capital blockage. Support Functions: Oversee maintenance to ensure uninterrupted running of high-speed hygiene production lines. Coordinate with Quality Assurance for product testing, microbial standards, and regulatory compliance. Ensure packaging and dispatch meet hygiene standards and timelines. Quality, Safety & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to ISO, GMP, and relevant hygiene industry regulations. Implement HACCP, 5S, and EHS practices across the factory. Conduct hygiene audits, risk assessments, and corrective actions. People Management: Lead and train production and support teams on hygiene practices, machine operation, and safety protocols. Drive culture of accountability, teamwork, and skill enhancement. Plan workforce deployment and optimize productivity. Reporting & Analysis: Track key production KPIs (yield, wastage, downtime, rejections). Report variances to management with improvement plans. Analyze customer complaints and implement corrective measures. Qualifications and Skills Requirements: Education B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering (MBA in Operations preferred). Experience 12-15 years of experience in hygiene industries manufacturing operations, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role. Strong understanding of hygiene product manufacturing processes (diaper/sanitary napkin lines, tissue/wipes production, etc.). Knowledge of GMP, ISO, and hygiene industry compliance requirements. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and planning skills. Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and production planning tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Leadership and team management abilities. Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Job Responsibilities: JOB DESCRIPTION 1) Lead overall raw materials, product lab tests process and the present the results in a right format and time. 2) Perform the validation tests for new test methods. 3) Regularly evaluate market samples and maintain proper records for the same. 4) Responsible for the preventive maintenance, calibration and proper functioning of the lab equipment. 5) Document knowledge, make the clear report and maintain the security of the result as required by RSPL policy. 6) Maintain expertise in at least one area of the company's technology as a Researcher for Feminine Care products. 7) Skillful handling of critical lab test equipment especially for those of Sanitary Napkin testing and evaluation. 8) Experience into pulp, paper & Non- woven.
