Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and knowledgeable advice on diamond jewelry.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying customer needs and offering suitable product solutions.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of our diamond jewelry collections and industry trends.
• Manage inventory and ensure the showroom is well-presented and fully stocked.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Assist with visual merchandising and promotional activities.
• Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Participate in sales training programs and continuous professional development.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
