Brief Summary The primary responsibility of this role is to handle the repair of both sold and unsold pieces of jewellery received from the Finished Goods Department. The Repairs Executive will ensure that all repairs are carried out efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with company standards. Assist in the organization and management of repair inventory, ensuring that necessary tools and supplies are available for the repair process. 9. Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines while handling jewellery pieces and using repair equipment. 10. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns regarding repairs in a timely and professional manner.
