E-Commerce Listing Specialist

Responsibilities

Review CAD files and identify design types (prong, bezel, halo, pav, solitaire, cluster, etc.)

Understand stone layouts, measurements, and metal details

Write clear, accurate, and polished product descriptions based on CADs

Prepare complete product specifications (metal type, CTW, stone sizes, dimensions)

Upload, organize, and maintain product images and listing galleries

Do basic edits and infographics in Canva (size guides, feature cards)

Ensure consistency across all listings (tone, format, accuracy)

Maintain organized records of CADs, images, specs, and revisions

Work closely with production to verify measurements and details

Follow SEO instructions for titles, tags, and attributes (training provided)

Skills Required

Strong understanding of jewelry settings and design terminology

Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings and measurements

Knowledge of common diamond shapes, sizes, and stone proportions

Excellent English writing ability (clear, clean, precise descriptions)

Comfortable with Excel/Sheets and Canva

Very high attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
