Job Title: Diamond Jewellery Designer Experience: 3-6 years Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Diamond Jewellery Designer with 3-6 years of expertise in designing contemporary diamond jewellery for the Western market. The ideal candidate should be proficient in jewellery design software (CAD) and have a deep understanding of diamond settings, cuts, and manufacturing techniques to create elegant, high-quality designs. Key Responsibilities: Design modern and trend-driven diamond jewellery collections tailored for Western markets. Create detailed sketches, 3D models, and technical drawings using CAD software (such as Rhino, Matrix, Jewel CAD, or similar). Work closely with craftsmen, manufacturers, and production teams to ensure precision in design execution. Select and incorporate diamonds and other precious gemstones into innovative jewellery pieces. Stay updated with Western market trends, diamond settings, and evolving jewellery styles to create unique designs. Modify and refine designs based on client feedback and brand requirements. Ensure all designs meet high-quality standards and align with the brand's vision. Requirements: 3-6 years of experience in diamond jewellery design for the Western market. Strong proficiency in CAD software like Rhino, Matrix, Jewel CAD, or similar tools. In-depth knowledge of diamond grading, cuts, and settings. Strong creative and artistic skills with an eye for aesthetics and detail. Understanding of diamond jewellery production techniques and materials. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills to present and explain design concepts. A degree or diploma in Jewellery Design, Fashion Design, or a related field is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Experience designing high-end, luxury, or bespoke diamond jewellery. Knowledge of rendering and visualization techniques to bring designs to life. Familiarity with hand-sketching and traditional jewellery-making techniques.
