Deep Chand Dialysis Centre and Kidney Clinic (DCDC Kidney Care) specializes in providing high-quality dialysis care to patients experiencing end-stage renal disease (ESRD). Established in 2009, DCDC opened one of India’s first stand-alone dialysis centers in West Delhi. Over the years, the organization has expanded into a network of 12 dialysis centers across the Delhi & NCR region. Renowned for its dedication and quality of care, DCDC is now a leading dialysis care provider, performing some of the highest numbers of dialysis sessions monthly in India.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Dialysis Technician, based in Patnagarh. The Dialysis Technician will be responsible for preparing and maintaining dialysis equipment, monitoring and operating hemodialysis machines, and ensuring patient comfort and safety during procedures. The role also includes observing patients' vital signs, assisting healthcare professionals, and adhering to medical protocols. Providing exceptional patient care and ensuring hygienic practices are critical aspects of this role.

Qualifications

Knowledge and experience in Dialysis and Hemodialysis procedures
Ability to monitor and assess Vital Signs during treatment
Skills and dedication to providing quality Patient Care with compassion and professionalism
Basic understanding of Medicine and its application in the context of dialysis treatments
Experience in adhering to strict safety, health, and hygiene standards in a clinical setting
Relevant technical certification or diploma in dialysis technology or a related field is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience working in a healthcare or dialysis facility is an advantage
