Job Title: Dialysis Technician (Male/Female)

Job Summary:

We are looking for skilled and compassionate Jr. Sr. Lead. Dialysis Technicians to join our healthcare team across India. The ideal candidates will be responsible for operating dialysis machines, ensuring patient comfort and safety, and providing technical support during treatment. Candidates should have a solid understanding of hemodialysis procedures and a patient-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare dialysis machines and ensure they function correctly before each treatment.
• Perform dialysis treatments according to physician orders and established protocols.
• Monitor patients during treatment, record vital signs, and respond to any complications.
• Maintain accurate and complete records of treatments and patient progress.
• Sterilize and maintain dialysis equipment and ensure hygiene standards.
• Educate patients and families on dialysis procedures and post-treatment care.
• Collaborate with nephrologists, nurses, and other healthcare staff.
• Ensure adherence to infection control and safety protocols.
• Participate in training and upskilling sessions as required.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Certificate in Dialysis Technology from a recognized institute.
• 1–9 years of relevant experience in a clinical or hospital setting (Freshers may also apply in select locations).
• Good knowledge of dialysis equipment and patient care standards.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to relocate and work flexible shifts (if required).

Preferred:

• Prior experience working in multi-specialty hospitals or dialysis centers.
• Basic computer skills for EMR documentation.

Locations:

Openings available across metro cities, tier-1, tier-2, and rural locations. Candidates can indicate preferred posting areas, subject to availability.
